It's possible investors may be wary of a distribution cut as EVV's basic metrics are suspect. Their average earnings per share are .0852 vs their distribution of .1158. Also their UNII is negative at -0.0860/share. These are things to be concerned about. These metrics are positive for NCV at .10 average earnings per share vs .09 distribution and UNII at .1113/share. FMY is an MBS cef using investment grade MBS. It's basic metrics are good. Average earnings/share are .1904 vs dist. of .16. UNII is a steller 1.1075/share. Current distribution yield is 9.79%. Might be worthwhile to investigate a switch............................Xot |
