Another company I like is Kemple Glass Company

Since it started after World War II ended, it cannot strictly considered a Depression glass company. The lovely, fresh colors look like depression glass, however. Some collectors avoid Kemple because their business was making reproductions. However, they bought the molds they used from the original makers so the reproductions were authorized. These reproductions are not for deception, but admiration so they are simple to identify. Often the colors would be different than the originals and a "K" mark would indicate Kemple. Some of the patterns Kemple got date back to the late 1800's. I feel grateful that they kept some gorgeous designs in circulation that otherwise would have been long forgotten.
