I bought a new LG 22 ft3 about 6 months ago during TX tax free weekend for replacing old, energy hog appliances with 'energy star'.

$640
No delivery fee, no haul-off fee for my 1980, 21 ft3 Hotpoint.

I probably could have sold the old one, on craig's list for $50 or so... to some teabagger to use as a 'second' fridge out in the garage to keep soda's and beer cold in the summer.

So call it $690 total.
