Um, I doubt that you could take $19M (million) now. ;-) 19K is more like it.

Just do a Present Value computation.
or get a quote on a single=payment deferred annuity. Age 49 years, delaying until age 65, see how much the monthly benefit will be for a single payment of $19K today.

BTW, you can't just multiply $380 * 12 * 15. Well, you can, but it's meaningless since it completely ignores the time-value of money.
