Mostly I agree with what 2gifts wrote, except that last I know it is $6,000 in a Roth (not $5,000) and I am somewhat a bigger fan of good 529's than her. It was also not clear from your post whether you were discussing college for your children or grandchildren. Regards, JAFO |
