Thank you, however, I always find and buy individual undervalued companies on my own, and do NOT use ETF's.

My best-ever Small Value individual public company purchase was 550,000 shares of Zycad Corporation(ZCAD) @ 3/8 or $0.375 per share for a cost of $206,250. When purchased Zycad had Net Net of $1.25 per share -- esentially a riskless purchase. Resold a portion of the large block to my Firm's clients, <Hedge Funds & Such>. The remainder of the shares were bought by my IRA @ 3/8.

The IRA sold the shares in the Fall of 1995 @ $15.50 for a 41.33-bagger in about five years or so. The CEO of Zycad was Philips W. Smith, Ph.D. Dr. Smith later went on to become the Chairman of Taser Corporation(TASR). His sons are the CEO as well as in other management positions.
