Not exactly on point, but I took my binder filled with business cards and hired someone through He took my binder and put the cards into digital format and sent them back to me so I could enter them into my computer's address book. Then I organized them into groups such as potential clients, clients, colleagues, Chamber of Commerce, etc.

Oh..he also sent out a mailing to the list to see if the emails were all still good. At least a third were not and it was great that he tested this for me beforehand.
