t: Let me first say that, whoever this guy was, he posted a very "flip" account of what sounds like a procedure done by amateurs! Ye gods! Mine was done by a urological surgeon, did not hurt, and left me only needing some ice for a day while the soreness wore off. After that, I had to make sure I was...uh... shooting blanks, as they say, via testing. When that was clear, I was happily off and running! That was over 30 years ago, and I rejoice (as does my partner) over the total "freedom" resulting for both of us. No noticeable "downer" results for me; no more pills for her, as I said; no more sensation-deadening condoms; etc. Fabulous! I know it can vary for different men, but, boy, the freedom is wonderful!
