But I find that PP allows me to order the lesson, and instead of writing (scribbling) on the board, I put up the idea neatly typed in PP, then spend the rest of the time going beyond You missed the point of the article: Some educators say the program forces students to think in bullet points, instead of exploring the complexity of their subjects. Personally, I would ban students from using PowerPoint before high school. For that matter, it is not clear to me at all that computers provide any advantage to students beyond research (Google has essentially replaced library vertical files). |
