I have a question about the allocation percent that is being used for re-purchases of stocks that are currently down. Why is the current allocation for ZIP listed at 4% when in reality there is about 7% of the portfolio actually invested? If you take the $39k value in ZIP listed and divide that by the current price there are about 4,840 shares in the portfolio. Taking those 4,840 shares and multiplying by the average cost basis of $14 and change the TOTAL COST for ZIP shares is about $69k which works out to 6.9%, not the 4% shown. Why not list the 6.9% rather than 4%. It appears misleading.
