I'm sorry, after learning that seems to be specific to the App Store (according to the Internets), I decided to save myself the trip - if it's software, and common, they're probably just going to fix it with an update. Plus my schedule went sideways on me at the office, so it didn't work out.

I'll contact them through Joint Venture, though, and will keep the board posted on my progress / resolution.
