In each state you will have many options (competitors) to choose from. _______________________ And any state that chose badly will have a huge incentive as well as a lot of pressure to change quickly, not to try to throw money at failure. You have to remind liberals regularly, that just because something fails, does not mean you can't 'CHANGE!!!!!!!!' |
