I have some shares of ACOM. I'm very new to investing, and I've been reading about the possible buyout.
Could someone explain to me what is meant by "Ancestry.com has been on the brink of going private..." and how that affects stockholders?
Would I want to hold onto my stock, or sell it before the company is purchased?
Thanks for any insight you can give me!
