For the next debate, President Obama should think about being prepared, say what he needs to say clearly/concisely, actually challenge Mr. Romney on his statements and appear interested in the debate.
But considering most fact checking site ripped Obama for his lack of truthfulness as much as Romney, that's tough. What I'm getting from the left is that Romney lied and put on a great performance, while Obama lied and did a lousy one.
The one stat that sticks out from what I've seen/heard is that Romney did twice as much debate prep as Obama. And if you include all the primary debates, Romney had been prepping for over a year. Obama won't even take a tough question at a press conference.
If Obama did more "Meet the Press" type of interviews and less "The View" or "Oprah" he probably would have been better prepared. That's the downside not taking tough questions, you're not prepared when you do get one.
