If you buy one from Costco, who will do the installation and repairs?

A sauna may not need very much, but with a hot tub, I went with a dealer/repair company that were accessible and had a good business record to buy from, because it seems when it's time to service, dealers/repair guys will work on their own customers first.

That being said, a sauna doesn't have as many problem areas as a hot tub, so that may not be a big deal. But I'd have an idea of who I'd call if it started glitching before I bought one.

Good luck! It's very nice to be able to immerse yourself in that kind of heat in winter.
