We have two rows of landscape lighting... I know little about how they're connected because they were installed before we bought the house. Each row has its own timer box at the front of the house. One is a row of spotlights that runs across the front and the other is a row of lamps that runs down the driveway.
One of the lamps (the fourth in the chain) was cracked a months or so ago and the inside exposed.
Just tonight I notice that on both sets only one light is lit (that doesn't mean it started tonight of course). Again, I don't know how they're wired for sure, but for the one runnin down th driveway, only the third light is on... The fourth (cracked one) is not, but neither is the first or second up near the house.
I don't really know how to replace these lights in the first place - but the very odd non-sequitur sequence leaves me at even more of a loss.
Any pointers? Any ideas of what could make it behave like that?
