Interesting that even the current CMIP5 models underestimate warming north of 70°N and overestimate it over the rest of the globe. http://bobtisdale.files.wordpress.com/2012/04/figure-32.png I suppose it should be mentioned that satellite coverage (up to 82.5°N, IIRC) shows a lower warming trend of 0.47°C/decade. http://vortex.nsstc.uah.edu/data/msu/t2lt/uahncdc.lt DB2 |
