Yep, that's right. College and professional accreditation agencies require ever more gold plating of schools. It's really gotten beyond gold plating --- they want SOLID gold these days.

It wont end until the financing underpinning universities collapse, just like the housing and banking industries. No sign that will happen any time soon --- and of course the banking industry wasn't allowed to collapse, it was bailed out with trillions of Federal dollars.
