One guy's wife spends $1 million on a world wide cruise for herself and friends, and puts it on the credit card. Another invests $1 million in improvements to their lake house.
Do you think these things are the same? Which one did a better thing?
Bush spent a $trillion on wars, and put it on our credit card. Obama spent on stimulus that most economists credit with saving our economy from disaster.
Which one did a better thing?
