Dear Fools,

I am a new investor here at MF (started in Feb 2012) and I was wondering if it is a good strategy to sell a couple of stocks whom i have lost over 80% of the value(my mistake they were penny stocks).. And in general it a good to sell before year end to get a tax benefit for stocks?
