gets angry over a steak: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lCc8IEvh70w&NR=1&feat... Mr Ramsey has a pretty broadly perceived reputation for getting angry. OTOH, his culinary skills often aren't too bad - For example, this Beef Wellington video isn't too bad: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&v=5uXIPhx... I would like it better, if the inside weren't noticeably rarer than the surrounding meat - perhaps might have accomplished that by wrapping in AL foil and covering/insulating with a towel while resting... I'm not sure - I'd have to research and experiment with it. I think/pretty sure it's not an easy thing to do. I like his prep work in making it though - pretty thorough. |
