Brooklyn, most of the cuts will be to the Medicare Advantage Plans, due to the fact that they are pocketing much of the money instead of allowing Medicare recipients to obtain the proper care. To give you an idea of what I'm talking about, I have a friend on one of the Medicare Advantage Plans. He does have a co-pay, but the doctors to whom he is relegated are sub-par MD's. How do I know? His "internist" used to be a personal-injury doctor of plaintiffs' attorneys in auto accident cases. The MD's he refers his patients to (the specialists being on the Medicare Advantage list) are also sub-par, in my opinion. Rather, let me put it this way. I would not go to any of the doctors on his Medicare Advantage provider list.

I seriously doubt that Plans A through G (or whatever the last letter is) will be cut very much.
