well honey is still sugar and it has calories and if one has an addiction to sugar, as I do, it's a binge food that will be used in everything. Flour and sugar are addictive foods for me, in all forms...unfortunately, but not everyone is like me. :) I binged on artificial sweetners and sugar free everything....ack! I switched to Stevia based products a month or two ago. One is a liquid and the other is a powder. LD |
