Time gained at the end of life which doesn't sound all that appealing to me. It's like "Oh for joy! I get to clean more toilets and bathtubs! Lucky me!" <grin!>

But does a healthy diet and lifestyle, started early enough and adhered to consistently, gain you time "at the end of life" or does it stretch out your middle years? (Like at 70, looking and feeling more like 50.) If it's the latter, it might be worth it to many people.
