I've been a long time user of Quicken; and over time, I've upgraded from Deluxe, to Premier, and have been a H&B user for the last 5 or so years.

I will soon need to upgrade, but given the generally negative feedback I've heard here and other other online sites about Q2013, I'm leery of the change.

Are there any other reasonably feature-complete alternatives available? In terms of requirements, online transaction downloads, investment tracking, and being able to manage both personal and business accounts are important.

What else is out there that may fit the bill? I'm aware of gnucash...anything else?
