Leftover southwestern pulled pork that I made Monday. Not it wasn't off the smoker, I did it in the Dutch oven. Rubbed the butt down with cumin, chile pepper, brown sugar and rosemary. Browned. In with onion/garlic/tomato paste/cider vinegar/hot sauce/crushed pineapple until falling apart.
