This is hilarious! I'm the one providing all the studies and empirical evidence to find out what the reality is. You guys just provide useless anecdotes that prove nothing. OK, so I do a Google for "high tax rates don't harm the economy" and get 10 pages of hits: http://www.google.com/#hl=en&tbo=d&sclient=psy-ab&am... It doesn't matter what position one wants, there are studies out there to "prove" the validity of that position. The Bush tax cuts were supposed to stimulate spending and provide jobs...does it look like it turned out that way? When he left office the economy was losing 800,000 jobs a month. I don't need to find a study to report to me that his plan didn't work, I just need to take of the blinders and look around. Poz |
