TwoCybers writes: It is my understanding a Roth IRA is not subject to the required distributions that begin at age 70.5 for a traditional IRA. Is this correct? I reply: Yes. Since the money won't be taxed when it comes out, the federal government doesn't care how slowly you spend it down. --Bob |
