Gee, hasn't it been pointed out to you numerous times before that due to the nature of group decision making versus a single person making a decision, that the President is much more influential in budgeting and the resultant deficits than congress ever will be?
Oh right, I forgot about your inability to view information that counters your worldview so you were probably unable to see it.
All of those budget busting increases under Bush happened because a Democratic congress kept overriding his vetos. You remember all of those huge budget bills that Bush kept vetoing and the Democrats kept overriding tight? There must have been dozens of them to create such a high deficit.
Or not. Bush vetoed zero budget bills during his two terms.
