When you look at the deficit spending, you see the decline beginning with the first year of Clinton's 1993 tax increases. These deficit reductions continued resulting into the surpluses Bush-II inherited. The difference - the President.

I see that you intend to continue to refuse to acknowledge the responsibility of how Congress votes. For example, when Democrats voted to increase spending 31% from FY 2007 to FY 2009, Democrats take zero responsibility for voting for this. It's all Bush's fault (even the spending that Obama voted for in FY 2009). When House Democrats voted to approve the spending during Reagan's Presidency, Democrats take zero responsibility for it. It's all Reagan's fault. They have no culpability.

Any reasonable person can see how asinine this is.
