Much, if not all, NV federal govt land is occupied by the military. ====================================================== Good grief, look it up. 85% of the land in Nevada is Federal land. Most of that is BLM and Forest Service. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) administers nearly 48 million acres of public land in Nevada. BLM public lands make up about 67 percent of Nevada's land base. http://www.blm.gov/nv/st/en.html Here's a map.
