There was no point in our ratifying it. We already have the ADA. 155 other nations have ratified it so they're bound by it. Why subject ourselves to a useless treaty for no reason? The vote should have been 100 against. Your view is horribly myopic. So much for America being the world's Beacon of Liberty.
