It looks like you are using two different sources. The first one http://www.scu.edu/ethics/publications/iie/v4n1/ Ethics and the Spotted Owl Controversy I thought you said the spotted owl was just an excuse. Then you use a pro-spotted owl paper? You do know that the spotted owl ruling didn't just impact Federal Land but private land too, right? Jean
