The fact that he benefits from it does not mean it isn't a loophole, doesn't mean he won't call it a loophole, and doesn't mean he can't think/say it should be closed.
The fact that he blames this on the top 5000 companies is where he loses his credibility.
Small business owners receive "loopholes" that amount to well over $20 billion a year.
Do you personally think:
1. That such is the reason for our deficit?
2. That the author was including himself in the reason why we have a deficit?
Note, he states, "cost us" not how much "we cost you." I bet his awareness of his tax benefits is about as equal to his ability to calculate the total cost of the loopholes.
