The Ford Fusion has been awarded Kelley Blue Book's Best Redesigned Vehicle for 2013. Over 20 vehicles were considered for the award. Kelley noted the Fusion's impressive gains in design, technology, and fuel efficiency.
“Outside, the new Fusion is clearly the hottest-looking car in a class with no fewer than 13 other entrants. The interior is just as striking, a dynamic collection of shapes and textures that truly creates a sense of energy even before you turn the key.
Under the hood, the Fusion offers a choice of five engines, including two turbocharged EcoBoost engines, a gasoline-electric hybrid version and a new plug-in hybrid that Ford says will travel up to 20 miles on battery power alone. Whatever mix of value, power and fuel efficiency you're looking for in a midsize sedan, the new Fusion has it. ”
