I've seen them at the Shearwater airshow a couple of times and they are always the star.
Well there was the time a Sea King pilot got fired for putting on too much of a show. }};-()
The Spitfire is a truly beautiful airplane derived from a racing airplane. They found a whole bunch of unused ones that were buried in Burma (by the US Army) at the end of WWII.
There may be upwards of 140 pristine, ultra rare British Spitfires buried in Burma
