Congrats! I am sure your team needs a good brewer! All the world's great discoveries were lubricated with beer and long nights. (Well, according to some TV shows I have watched.) Funny that both your interests and mine were originally the realm of the pious and devout. Abbey brewers kept lots of traditions alive through many bad times and wars. Only, now we know it isn't the Abbot's wooden paddle that is magic, it is the yeasties that are magic. :^D. (Sorry, that got sidetracked quickly because I just got new brew pot and some kegs today!!!)
