Don't eat anything that doesn't pretty much look like it did when it was alive.
A piece of meat
Small amounts of squeezed juices or oils
Pieces of plants
...you get the idea...if it's unidentifiable, don't eat it.
Edy....Gatorade comes in blue and my own personal rule is to never consume anything that is actually blue.
