Hello, I am new to international investing and have a few basic questions. Thanks for your help to anyone who knows...
Nintendo trades on the Tokyo Exchange as TYO:7974 currently at 8790 Yen/share.
Nintendo's American ADR's trade as PINK:NTDOY currently for $13.20/share.
Using the Google Currency Converter 8790 Yen = $104.36.
A) Why aren't American NTDOY shares $104.36 a share, instead of $13.20?
B) I'm guessing 1 NTDOY ADR represents 1/8 of a TYO:7974 share?
C) What is going on here?
