I implied, without saying outright, that I would appreciate their reversing the charge, but they either didn't get or take the hint.
But you did NOT flat out ask to have the charge reversed?
I think that the ball is in your court on that one.
May I ask the gender of each of your CS Reps?
Because Men & Women perceive hints differently.
As a woman, who lives with a man, I have learned that Hints Do Not Get Me What I Want
So If I WANT something done, i just ASK for it, directly - no games, no insinuation, no suggestions - Just A Direct Question.
I conduct business that way as well- if i want a refund or a discount, I flat out ask.
You could probably still call today and get that $25 removed from your bill.
