Thankfully SCOTUS is very likely to take any such infringements and tear them up in 0bama's smug, smarmy face. - ZColocion ------------------- likely? Recall the recent SCOTUS decision that the second amendment meant an individual right to keep and bear. It was 5-4. Obama is just one appointment away from reversing that decision. |
