he said his mail had been hacked....I got a blank email from him too...said his puter was a mess so I'm thinking his puter is squirrelly.
Computer is fine. I downloaded a rogue that accessed my mailing list and replicated itself across the list. My fault for downloading the program. I have now secured the list so that if it happens again all e-mails sent out will be returned by the Hot Mail postmaster as undeliverable.
What I did: changed firstname.lastname@example.org to Xjohnsmith@msn.com. I put the X on all addresses. Since there is no such address the mail is bumped back to me. If I write John I remove the X.
