My apolgies on the previous qoute. I went back and ran my numbers and the yield on 10 yr I originally looked at is actually 1.51%. The more inflation protection you take (annual increase), the greater the yield but also the lower the starting payment. If you still want information on it, feel free to send me another message. There are still probably some out there that yield more and get you closer if not over the 2% goal. Try Vanguard's site. I have heard before that they have a good SPIA option but that was a few years ago. |
