Call me crazy, but why are people investing in things they don't understand? Exactly. The government didn't have anything to do with CDOs (credit default options). __________________________ Except for creating the situation that made them viable and worth doing Sort of like the government had nothing to do with companies providing insurance rather than folks buying their own. They just created an environment where it became a viable or preferable move. At the heart of many really stupid decisions is a desire to eal with an environment that is silly and which was created by do good government. |
