According to the CAPs page, Dolby doesn't pay out a dividend: http://caps.fool.com/Ticker/DLB.aspx What I think you are referring to is a special year-end dividend that was paid out on December 27th for shareholders of record on December 21st. Unless you automatically reinvest dividends, you should have simply received a cash payout. I received mine on the 27th. Fuskie Who notes the whole point of the special dividend was a 2012 payout ahead of a potential tax increase on capital gains and dividends if the country fell off the fiscal cliff... |
