Reminds me of him sitting on the troop levels in Afghanistan.....and after months, then announcing the withdrawal date at the same time. Reall strategy genius. I don't understand why he just doesn't OK it to find out what happens like with Obamacare. It's weird. He's waiting for something to come up that will grab *and hold* everyone's attention so he can reject this project quietly. Why reject it? Easy enough: it's a project that will increase energy supplies in the US. What more does he need to know, before deciding to reject it? |
