I always tell folks that I was incredibly blessed to go through 21 years of military life and only have one shot fired at me in anger. -------------- My Dad was a captain of an LST during WWII. A kamikaze was coming towards them and then veered off towards another ship. Ended up in the ocean. If it had hit, I wouldn't be here. He was 21. Might explain some of his black humors. arrete - the people that provide us with safety really do pay, and are rarely rewarded as they should be. Bless you, wolvie. |
