Lets help a bit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humidity http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/bams-state-of-the-climate/2009-time... I am quite sure I DID explain this in your own terms. The air has to warm for there to be a significant increase in humidity, and relative humidity doesn't cut it. |
