What the electorate decided in November's Presidential election is that 'fairness' trumps 'prosperity'. Unfortunately for the low information voters, they're going to find out that they also voted for 'fairness' trumping 'common sense'. All the Government handouts they thought they were voting for will turn out to be a mirage.

What the electorate decided was that Romney had many imperfections and that they should expect more from a Republican. Hopefully what they decided will lead to learning that 'perfection is the enemy of good'.

Obama won because too many people that did not like Obama stayed home.
Obama won because too many people were convinced that 'Your vote is important' even though they were totally uninformed and told this by someone who also told them their opinion.
The electorate decided that Obama ran a better campaign. The electorate decided that politics is the key not policy.

Hopefully, folks learned a lesson, from all the folks that have decided to stay home and grant office to those that can churn out the foolish I do not think the electorate learned a friggin thing.
