Heinz is certainly on the watchlist, but overvalued at $72, the growth story is not that great either.
Maybe he has so much cash he needs to put it somewhere and wants to move away from listed companies.
However looking at my Buffet influenced watchlist he should be allocating further cash to Tesco, Walmart or Johnson and Johnson even Mondelez International.
I believe he has been selling JNJ and Mondelez though at a time when valuations could be considered conservative.
